Since Colonial times, the Rocky Hill Inn welcomed travelers and residents of this charming village, just outside of Princeton. Lovingly restored in space and in spirit, the new Rocky Hill Tavern & Eatery is now a showcase for the inventive cuisine of its new owner and Chef, Evan Blomgren.
